• Natural Product: Honey is a natural product; color, texture, and taste may vary naturally between batches and seasons. Crystallisation is a natural process for raw honey and is not a product defect.

• Infant Botulism Warning: Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months of age.

• Allergens: If you have known allergies to bee products, propolis, or pollen, please exercise caution when inquiring about or using our products.

5. Delivery, Pickup & Direct Sales

• Fulfilment: Delivery terms, delivery costs, local drop-offs, or home pickups will be agreed upon individually via email correspondence before payment or collection.

• UK Sales Only: Unless otherwise agreed in writing via email, our direct honey sales are intended for customers within the United Kingdom only.
